Here at Frango’s we like to spoil our customers, that’s why we’ve now introduced our own loyalty card as a little thank you from us to you. Our card works in a simple and efficient way, the more you eat the more you get back!
In order to get your hands on our loyalty card you’ll need to be a member of the Frango’s community by subscribing on our website or when logging in to use the wifi at the restaurant. When you subscribe, you’ll receive an email to let you know when your card is available for collection. You’ll just need to pop in to the restaurant and pick up the card, which will be individually assigned to the email address you subscribe with. Each card has a unique number and is registered under your name and email address. If you do lose your card you’ll need to let us know as soon as possible so that we can ensure it’s cancelled and a new card is assigned to you. For security reasons, when you collect your card we’ll need to confirm your name and email address.
When you pick up your card it will be loaded with the starting level of 5% and a further £10 credit to spend at the restaurant as an added bonus! The way our card works is simple, for example when you spend £50 with us, 5% of your bill will be loaded back onto your card. In this case, you’ll receive £5 credit onto your loyalty card to use the next time you visit us.
When you reach £100 this increases to 10%, £200 is 15% and £250 is 20%. Once you reach the 20% mark, you’ll stay at this level and receive 20% back onto your loyalty card every time you visit us! Sound tempting?
Once you reach each milestone the choice is yours as to how you send your earnings. Do you prefer to spend your cash as you get it or would you rather save and have a chicken blow-out at the end of the month? Either way we think it’s a cluckin’ good deal!
