Throughout the medieval town of Silves in the stunning Algarve area of Portugal, there are Churrasqueira restaurants who barbecue meat and fish to perfection, with their traditional recipe piri-piri oil. The taste is so divine, we wanted to share the experience with you.

Taking inspiration from the delicious dishes sampled over the years, we came to realise all that’s needed for scrumptious food is great quality ingredients, a lick of our piri-piri marinade and meat cooked to perfection on a barbecue. So here at Frango’s, that’s exactly what you get when you visit us.

One of the most important features of Portuguese inspired food is the ‘no-mess’ way about it. It’s not fiddled with, painted on and served with a ‘jus’; it’s quality, hearty food with delicious flavours. On top of that, you get a generous portion for a great price meaning you’re left feeling full and satisfied. The simple things in life are the best and although we can’t tell you the secret behind our piri-piri marinade recipe… we can promise you it’s good.
